Strategic Direction

"The Energy Club hopes to continue its rapid growth as we look for new and innovative ways to educate and assist our members. We take a lot of pride in the way our student body has embraced the Energy Club in such a short period of time. We want to see the club continue to evolve and acquire national recognition with a sustained membership of over 500 students. I believe that the opportunities are endless in the fields of energy and that the time is now for college students to rise to the occasion. The oil & gas crash of the mid and late 80's and early 90's caused the business to skip an entire generation of workers. According to Larry Brogdon, 'the number one thing that we need in this business today is people.' The opportunity has been presented and the Energy Club is in place to help our students tap into these opportunities."
